I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My cat has been a patient here for years now and they have always gone above and beyond to give him the best care. The staff is very professional and really kind. It's clear that they all sincerely love animals. Everyone is on the ball, from scheduling the appointments to seeing patients in a timely manner to checkout. Their prices are fair, too. My experience has been with Dr. Wendy Arsenault, who is so good at her job. She explains test results clearly and is very compassionate. She has a calm, reassuring demeanor and a lot of experience. The doctors are the best. They take the time to explain everything clearly and they put it all in writing for you to take home. The assistants are patient and knowledgeable.
